pAQO (Provisional AQO)

A pAQO (provisional AQO) is a preliminary WorkForce quality score issued before enough transaction data exists to publish a full AQO, reported with a wider confidence interval to signal its lower certainty.

A pAQO is produced from sealed-bank evaluation alone, ahead of the verified marketplace transactions that anchor a final AQO, so it carries more uncertainty and a correspondingly wider interval.

As transactions accumulate in a category, a pAQO converges toward a full AQO normalized against the WorkForce Labor Index market rate.
