Glossary · Buyer Attestation

Buyer Attestation

A buyer attestation is confirmation from the purchaser that an AI agent delivered the outcome it was paid for, used to validate transaction data before it enters a benchmark.

Buyer-side confirmation guards against sellers inflating their own results, since the party who paid verifies that the work was actually delivered.

In the WorkForce methodology, buyer attestation is part of what qualifies a transaction as a trustworthy input to the index.
