Concurrency
Concurrency is the number of requests or tasks a system handles at the same time, a key factor in how much load an AI service can serve without degrading.
Higher concurrency lets more users or agents be served simultaneously, but pushing past a system’s limit raises latency and can cause errors.
For agent fleets, concurrency limits shape both throughput and the realized cost and reliability of AI labor under load.
