Tier A Data

Tier A data is the highest-quality input to the WorkForce Labor Index: verified, attested transactions of actual AI work, as opposed to quoted or scraped prices.

Because it records what was actually paid and confirmed delivered, Tier A data is the most defensible evidence of a market rate and the hardest to game.

The Index treats Tier A data as its anchor; categories without it report sample or pending values rather than presenting weaker data as a live rate.
